MP3db is a program intended to save and order play lists of MP3 files.
The program can run a full disk scan to search for all MP3 or audio files on your local drives and add them automatically to the MP3db internal database. The track list shows the properties of each file and has a powerful filtering mechanism which allows to group songs by gender, artist, title, year, random mode, and a lot more.
A big bar having sliding letters with the name of the file currently being played is shown below the track list. In the lower right corner is the playlist which has all the songs to be played in order, you can also choose to play songs at random.
In the upper right corner of the screen there's an integrated music player to play songs without having to close the program, although one of the options lets you choose your favorite music player. Whenever album art is available it will be shown on the right side of the audio player.
In the middle of the right sidebar there's a panel with tabs for effects, equalizer and compressor settings which will change the way the music is played in real time. You can also create multiple play lists and save them on your hard drive to group your favorite songs.
